HomeMy WebLinkAbout2014 037 CC RESO RESOLUTION NO. 2014-037 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT MAP 68487 WHEREAS, on February 15, 2007, the property owner of the two parcels comprising 0.717 acres submitted an application to join the land into 13 (thirteen) multi- family units for condominium purposes; and WHEREAS, on April 11, 2007, the City's zoning administrator which approved the tentative tract map for development with conditions and approved a number of documents related to the proposed development including: - Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Impacts for a Specific Plan - Conditional Use Permit - Tentative Tract Map 68487. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct. SECTION 2. The City Council hereby approves the Final Map for Tract Map 68487 and authorizes signatures thereon by the City Clerk, the City Treasurer, and City Engineer. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
