CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lozano at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
The following members of the City Council were in attendance:

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
None.
STUDY SESSION/OPEN SESSION
1. PRESENTATION BY THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR
CONTROL DISTRICT ON THE ASIAN TIGER MOSQUITO AND POSSIBLE
ANNEXATION INTO THE DISTRICT.
2. STUDY SESSION ON "NO OVERNIGHT TRUCK PARKING".

The meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 6:10 p.m.

Closed Session was reconvened at 8:15 p.m. with Mayor Lozano and Council Member Garcia
absent.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The meeting was reconvened in Open Session at 8:45 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Pro Tern Pacheco reported the City Council voted 3—0—0 (Pacheco, Rubio and Baca
present; Lozano and Garcia absent) to grant the City Attorney the authority to defend the City of
Baldwin Park in the case of Eastern Keystone, Inc. v. City of Baldwin Park, Case Number:
BS150623. No other reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
The Special Meeting was adjourned at 8:46 p.m.
