The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in regular
session at the above place at 7:30 P.M.
Rev. Waldo Specht led the salute to the Flag. Flag Salute
Invocation was given by Rev. James Loevy, St. Matthews Invocation
Episcopal Church, Baldwin Park.

to make arrangements for the collection of all their refuse,
including rapers, etc. after that date.
11r.. Lloyd Walker, 12953 E. Garvey, Baldwin Park came to the
platform to speak regarding rubbish collection, but refused
to testify after being sworn in.
City Administrator stated that Jebster's Garbage Disposal
Co. was in position to make all collections of combustible
rubbish in the City for a fee of 1.00 per month.
Moved by Councilman Stephens, seconded by Councilman Cole,
and unanimously carried that the Council continue with the
agenda.
Planning Director Weaver requested that Planning Commission
matters be taken up at this time.
