The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park not in
special session at the above place at 7:00 P.M.
Deputy City Clerk Armstrong led the salute to the Flag. Flag Salute.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Bishop, Cole, Holmes, Roll Call
Stephens and Littlejohn; City
Clerk, City Attorney, City Treasurer.
All members of council waived notice of meeting.
City Clerk announced that the purpose of the meeting was
to consider the vacation of that portion of Puente
Avenue between El Monte Street and San Bernardino Road
Ramona Blvd.).
City Administrator presented and read the following reso- Res. No. 57-58
lution entitled:
Declaring Intention

that any streets proposed for the development of this pro-
perty be subject to approval by the Bal&in Park Plan-
ning Commission.
Moved by Councilman Stephens, seconded by Councilman Bishop,
that resolution be adopted.
This resolution was then adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Biahop, Cole, Holmes, Stephens and
Littlejohn.
LACES: Fone
ABSENT: None
City Administrator to take matter up with Fire Depart-
ment, Sheriff s Department, Police Department, etc.
Moved by Councilman Stephens, seconded by Councilman Holmes, Press Release.
and unanimously carried, that the City Administrator gibe a
written press release of this matter giving the entire
story to the public as it stands and if not printed as
given, it is not to be printed.-
Councilman Holmes excused from meeting at 7:51 P.M.
Moved by Councilman Stephens, seconded by Nror Littlejohn,
and unanimously carried, that meeting adjourn.
