Council Chambers) The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in regular session at the above place at 7:30 P.M. Councilman Stephens led the salute to the Flag. Flag Salute ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Bishop, Cole, Holmes, ROLL CALL Stephens and Littlejohn, City Clerk, City Attorney, City Treasurer. Moved by Councilman Stephens, seconded by Councilman Holmes, and unanimously carried, that the agenda be carried through item 3 and as much of item 4 as can possibly be taken, but definitely exclude Planning Commission items tonight and further moved, that the Council adjourn this meeting to Wednesday evening August 7, 1957, at 8:00 o'clock at Council Chambers. Moved by Councilman Bishop, seconded by Councilman Cole, and unanimously carried, that reading of the minutes of July 15 and July 25, 1957 be waived and that same be approved as presented. Mr. C.E. Goggia, 3915 N. Walnut haven Drive, West Covina, Refund of License Fee appeared in protest to denial of refund of'City business to C.E. Goggia, license which he was unable to use. Further denied.
