After considerable discussion between the Council, the City Council Committee
School District, Mr. Longcor and Mr. Schroeter, it was to meet with School

Wednesday evening, August 14, 1957 was designated as the
meeting time and the City Attorney is to be present.
The City Attorney presented a Quitclaim Deed from the
City of Baldwin Park to Orrin E. King and Mary C. King,
husband and wife, explaining that the reason for this was
that the description in the original deed of acceptance
was; wrong and that in order to get it off the records of
the County Recorder, this deed was necessary.
The City Attorney presented the following Resolution:
