After considerable discussion between the Council, the City Council Committee School District, Mr. Longcor and Mr. Schroeter, it was to meet with School moved by Councilman Holmes that a Committee of the City Board Committee. The City Attorney presented a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Baldwin Park to Orrin E. King and Mary C. King, husband and wife, explaining that the reason for this was that the description in the original deed of acceptance was; wrong and that in order to get it off the records of the County Recorder, this deed was necessary.
