In connection with acquisition by the City of Old Central Negotiations re Old School Property, the City Administrator presented a copy of Central School Property. letter dated August 26, 1957 from Mr. Skaggs of the Baldwin Proposal sent to Park School District to H.H. Jaqueth, State Department of Sacramento. Finance submitting proposed disposition by the School District of Old Central School Property, with a copy to Mr. Longcor. City Administrator pointed out the changes that had been made in the draft submitted by the City Attorney should be acceptable to the City. It was pointed out that lot #72 was deleted from the legal description because of a possible cloud on the title, but that same would be improved as a beautification mark for the city; that the Woments Club had offered to beautify the same. Moved by Mayor Littlejohn, seconded by Councilman Stephens, City Adm. to write Mr. and um nimously carried,that the City Administrator write a Faris of B.Pk. Co. Water letter to Mr. Faris of Baldwin Park County Water District re Dist. furnishing water to this lot 72.
