The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:08 p.m.
• Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:08 p.m.
OPEN SESSION
1. AB 1234 ETHICS TRAINING — Presented by City Attorney Robert N. Tafoya
City Attorney Robert N. Tafoya narrated a PowerPoint presentation; explained the
importance of Ethics Laws and how it can effect public servants; provided explanation
and examples of the four key elements to ethics laws and ethical conduct; responded to
questions from the attendees.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, motion was made by Lozano, secoy Rubio to adjourn
the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
