The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.

STUDY SESSION/OPEN SESSION
1. THE DESIGN OF TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAINE AND PACIFIC
Staff recommends that the City Council review the conceptual design and provide direction and
comments as appropriate.
Public Works Director Dan Wall provided a narrative of the proposed traffic improvements and
explained the resulting traffic patterns based on the proposed changes; responded to questions
• from Council accordingly.
