This meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum. Those Councilmembers that were present
made themselves available to address questions; however, no business was discussed.

1. CENTER MEDIAN LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Withers and Sandgren, the Landscape Architects for this project, will present plant palette
alternatives for the City Council's review and guidance.
2. OPEN STORAGE OF VEHICLES IN THE INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL (IC)ZONE
Presentation regarding property located at 12819 Garvey Avenue to consider allowing the
open storage of vehicles in the Industrial Commercial (IC) zoning district.
