CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:05 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:06 p.m.
• OPEN SESSION
1. CENTER MEDIAN LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Presentation of center median landscape design for discussion and selection.
Lacey Withers and Desiree Harboro, representing Withers and Sandgren, provided a
PowerPoint presentation to review various types of trees and vegetation available for the
landscape median project; answered questions and offered suggestions to Council.
After reviewing the options and plant palettes, Council requested that the consultant take
the notes and comments of Council and return with a narrowed palette of plants for final
selection.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—EXISTING LITIGATION

There being no further business, motion was made by Lozano, seconded by Baca, to adjourn
the meeting at 7:11 p.m.

Mayor Lozano stated that no reportable action was taken on items •'scussed during Closed
Session.
