CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Interim Public Works Director Sam Gutierrez narrated a PowerPoint presentation and
responded to questions from Council.
2. PRESENTATION BY RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES STAFF ON A
PROPOSED TIME CAPSULE
Recreation and Community Services Director Manny Carrillo narrated a PowerPoint
presentation and responded to questions and suggestions by Council.
