CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:03 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:08 p.m.
OPEN SESSION/STUDY SESSION
1. PRESENTATION REGARDING MEDICAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION
Lisa Selan, Selan Law Firm, made a presentation regarding cultivation of cannabis for
medical purposes, illustrating Desert Hot Springs and other cities that have permitted
facilities for that purpose.

There being no further business, motion was made by Lozano, seconded by Pacheco, to
adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m.

Mayor Lozano reported out of Closed Session that no reportable actio was taken on items
discussed in Closed Session.
