CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:07 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:07 p.m.
OPEN SESSION
1. PRESENTATION REGARDING MEDICAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION
Presentation regarding cultivation of cannabis for medical purposes in other cities that have
permitted facilities for that purpose.
Phil Reyes, representing Professional Organic Solutions, presented a brief video that
represents a Public Information Announcement used by another municipality; discussed
some of the issues that arise for municipalities and options for addressing the issues;
responded to questions from Council.
