Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, 91706 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:58 p.m. by Mayor Lozano. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Council Member Cruz Baca Council Member Monica Garcia Council Member Ricardo Pacheco Mayor Pro Tern Susan Rubio Mayor Manuel Lozano PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:58 p.m. Greg Tuttle, Baldwin Park business owner, commented on the Foreclosure and Abandoned Property program and the admirable performance of City staff in administering the program; pointed out that staff out-performs the consultant that was previously performing the work. Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:03 p.m. Council took a brief recess at 6:04 p.m. while waiting for remaining Council members to arrive at the meeting. OPEN SESSION 1. CITY POLICY Presentation by City Attorney Robert Tafoya in City Policy. 2. VACANT AND ABANDONED PROPERTY REGISTRATION Presentation on the Vacant and Abandoned Property Registration program RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION 3.
