AND SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:58 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:58 p.m.
Greg Tuttle, Baldwin Park business owner, commented on the Foreclosure and Abandoned
Property program and the admirable performance of City staff in administering the program;
pointed out that staff out-performs the consultant that was previously performing the work.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:03 p.m.
Council took a brief recess at 6:04 p.m. while waiting for remaining Council members to arrive at
the meeting.
