The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:07 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:07 p.m.

A motion by Baca, seconded by Lozano, and passed (3-0-2; Garcia and Rubio absent)
to move this item to the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
