Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, 91706 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:11 p.m. by Mayor Lozano. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Council Member Cruz Baca Council Member Monica Garcia Council Member Ricardo Pacheco Mayor Pro Tern Susan Rubio Mayor Manuel Lozano PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 6:12 p.m. Greg Tuttle, Baldwin Park business owner, expressed disappointment at the behavior of council members at the April 19 Special Meeting; opined that conduct was unprofessional and embarrassing. Arturo Luna, Baldwin Park resident, opining that Council should be working for all citizens and suggested resignation of council members; pointed out that there are no state or federal flag in the meeting room. Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 6:19 p.m. OPEN SESSION None. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION 1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (GC §54957): Chief of Police 2.
