NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting is hereby called to be held on
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2016 at 6:00 PM. at City Hall Council Chambers, 14403
East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting business in accordance with
the attached Agenda.
NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSED

CONSENT CALENDAR
All items listed are considered to be routine business by the City Council and will be approved with one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of these items unless a City Councilmember so requests, in which case, the item will be removed from the
general order of business and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
1. RECONSIDERATION OF RETENTION OF KAUFMAN LAW FIRM AND
PERSONNEL INVESTIGATION
It is recommended that the City Council provide Staff and the City Attorney direction.
