The meeting was called to order at 6:14 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Rubio.

1. PRESENTATION BY AMERESCO, INC., ON SOLAR AND LED STREETLIGHT ENERGY
CONSERVATION PROJECT
Presentation by Ameresco, Inc., regarding a proposed energy conservation audit and the
Solar and LED Streetlight Energy Conservation Project.
Representatives of Ameresco, Inc., Victor Flint, Seth Pierce, and Warren Van Fkisen,
• narrated a PowerPoint presentation to identify opportunities for energy savings, project
suggestions and fiscal projections, and responded to questions from Council.

There being no further business, motion was made by Lozano, seconded by Pacheco, to
adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m.

Mayor Lozano reported out of Closed Session that, by a vote of 4– 1, with Council member
Garcia voting No, authorizing the Mayor to send a letter to CalTrans r-garding freewa
landscaping.
