Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, 91706 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Mayor Lozano. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Council Member Cruz Baca Council Member Monica Garcia Council Member Susan Rubio Mayor Manuel Lozano ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Ricardo Pacheco PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:35 p.m. Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 5:26.p.m. The City Council recessed into closed session at 5:36 p.m. and did not reconvene into open session.
