CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:35 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 5:26.p.m.
The City Council recessed into closed session at 5:36 p.m. and did not reconvene into
open session.
