CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m. by Mayor Lozano.

Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:33 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Public Communications closed at 5:33 p.m.
OPEN SESSION
1. MG Development's Presentation of City-Owned Vacant Parcels
Presentation provided by Michael Galankis regarding city-owned vacant parcels at
13057, 13061 and 13065 Garvey Avenue.
Mr. Galankis provided option to the City Council via a power point presentations a
various designs to construct on vacant lots.
The City Council recessed into closed session at 5:53 pm.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, motion was made by Lozano, seconded by Pacheco,
to adjourn the meeting at 7:13 p.m.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION*
Mayor Lozano reported out of Closed Session that the City Council voted unanimously
(4-0) to bring forward a DA by MD Development; and
The City Council voted unanimously (4-0) to retain a hiring firm for the position of Police
Chief.
Mayor Lozano thanked Michael Taylor for years of service to the City of Baldwin Park.
