A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK APPROVING THE AGREEMETN WITH ADMINSURE, INC. AND
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK TO DELIVER WORKERS'
COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has agreed to continue utilizing Adminsure
Inc. as its third party administrator (TPA) and shall enter into an Agreement to deliver
Workers' Compensation and Liability Program Services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gives the Chief Executive Officer the authority to
execute such agreement, effective July 1, 2019 with the option to renew annually or
unless terminated sooner by either party provided there is a 60 day written notice; and
WHEREAS, the City Council agrees to pay the appropriate cost for services as
provided in the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement with Adminsure, Inc. is necessary to continue the
partnership in an official and legal capacity and to ensure uninterrupted services for
workers' compensation and liability claims processing.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 5. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement with
Adminsure Inc. to deliver the City's Workers' Compensation and Liability Program
Services.
