Shatz of Simon Eisner and Associates, Planning Consultants, 1414 Fair Oaks Avenue, South Pasadena, California, was introduced by Planning Director Mansfield. Mr. Shatz pre- sented a summarization of the two years' work wherein he stated that thits general plan does not propose any changes in the Zon- ing Ordinance; that the General Plan is a comprehensive document which deals with all the physical manifestations of the activi- ties of the community, and Indicates that, somewhere within the general-area, there is a potential for medium and high density residential uses; wherein he explained the markings and colorings on the General Plan Map,as viewed by all in attendance, and what they designated.
