Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, 91706 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Mayor Lozano. ROLL CALL City Clerk Ayala performed roll call. MEMBERS: Council Member Alejandra Avila (present) Council Member Paul C. Hernandez (present) Council Member Ricardo Pacheco (excused) Mayor Pro Tern Monica Garcia arrived to the meeting at 5:49 pm. Mayor Manuel Lozano (present) MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Lozano, seconded by Council Member Hernandez to excuse Council Member Pacheco from the meeting. Motion carried by unanimous consent. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Lozano opened Public Communications at 5:30 pm. Seeing no one wishing to speak, Mayor Lozano closed Public Communications at 5:30 pm. OPEN SESSION Paving on Pacific Presentation presented by Director of Public Works Sam Gutierrez. Steve Forester and Kevin provided an overview of the paving projects on Maine Avenue and Pacific Avenue. Public Art Presentation presented by Director of Public Works Sam Gutierrez and Helen Hernandez, Recreation Program Supervisor RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - The City Council recessed into closed session at 6:13 p.m. 1.
