BALDWIN PARK CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL COMMUNITY MEETING
November 20, 2019, 6:00 P.M.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lozano at approximately 6:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL
City Clerk Ayala performed roll call.

Mayor Lozano opened public communications at approximately 8:05 p.m.

OPEN SESSION/COMMUNITY MEETING
Rent Stabilization Presentation presented by City Attorney Robert Tafoya and Director of
Community Development Benjamin Martinez with community input.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business to discuss, and all other matters having been addressed, a motion
was made by Mayor Lozano to adjourn the meeting at 8:16 p.m.
