The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in special session at the above place at 7:30 p.m. Roll Call: Present: COUNCILMEN BISHOP, HOLMES, ROLL CALL MOREHEAD, TAYLOR AND MAYOR BLOXHAM Absent: ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER WELCH,, PLANNING DIRECTOR AND BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT KALBFL.EISCH AND CHIEF OF POLICE BEST Also Present: CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER NORDBY, CITY ATTORNEY FLANDRICK, FINANCE DIRECTOR DUNCAN, CITY TREASURER PUGH AND CITY CLERK SAL KUS City Engineer Young and Jr. Civil Engineer Caresio arrived at 8:00 p.m.) 00- Mayor Bloxham announced that this was a special meeting; FOUR ITEMS ON that there were four items to be considered on the Agenda: AGENDA 1. Opening of Bids 62-A-I 2. 2nd Quarterly Report Chamber of Commerce 3. Application for use of Room 100 by Congress- man Cameron 4. Information Re RoseGlen Condominium In answer to Mayor Bloxham's inquiry, the Council members PROPER NOTICE OF stated they had received proper notice of the meeting. MTG. RECEIVED 00- Chief Administrative Officer Nordby stated that the second 2ND QUARTERLY REPORT quarterly report of the Chamber of Commerce dated October 14, CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 1963 had been distributed to the Council prior to the meeting. He suggested that the Council view the premises, in groups of two or less. Mayor Bloxham and Councilman Morehead indicated they would like to view the project Saturday, November 2, 1963, at C.A.O. TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS approximately 10:00 a.m., and Councilwoman Taylor stated she would like to go Thursday, October 31, 1963 at noon. Chief Administrative Officer Nordby was to contact Mr. Norris and make the arrangements. 00- AT 7:48 P.M. COUNCILMAN MOREHEAD MOVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL RECESS AT 7:48 P.M.
