COUNCILMAN MCCARON MOVED THAT COUNCIL APPROVE AND
AUTHORIZE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THESE COUNCIL AND
COMMISSION MEMBERS WISHING TO ATTEND THE INDEPENDENT
CITIES MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 19 AND 20, 1964. COUNCIL-
MAN CRITES SECONDED. The motion carried by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN MCCARON, CRITES AND MAYOR
MOREHEAD
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: COUNCILWOMAN GREGORY
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN ADAIR

CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
City Attorney Flandrick explained that Warrant No. 4923,
$741.15, to J. C. Janney and Associates was for process
services for Los Angeles Street.
COUNCILMAN MCCARON MOVED THAT RESOLUTION NO. 64-193
BE ADOPTED AND FURTHER READING BE WAIVED. COUNCILWOMAN
GREGORY SECONDED. Roll Call. There were no objections,
the motion carried.

Mayor Morehead recognized Officer Taylor, who had just
arrived, and explained to him that the Retirement Program
had been held for further study and information.

Chief Administrative Officer Nordby stated that Mr. Bob
McKenna of Southern Counties Gas Company had invited
members of the Council on a tour scheduled for October
22-23, 1964, in Blythe, California.

AT 6:15 P.M.COUNCILWOMAN GREGORY MOVED THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL ADJOURN. COUNCILMAN CRITES SECONDED. There
were no objections, the motion carried and was so ordered
by Mayor Morehead.
