In accordance with Section 2703 of the'Munic.ipal Code the City Council met at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference room for an informal session with the staff to inform them- selves on regular items appearing on the agenda. A press representative was in attendance. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in regular session in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Morehead led the salute to the flag. Garvey, in request was made for waiver of curbs, gutters and driveway B.Pk. approaches at 13409 East Garvey. Councilman McCaron stated he would prefer to check the area further, that possibly one parcel needed curbs and gutters and that others might create a-hardship. There were no objections and the direction was so ordered by Mayor Morehead. 00- Council discussed upgrading Street Lighting and an Adjourned Meeting to discuss the problem.
