In accordance with Section 2703 of the Municipal Code the City Council met in open meeting at 7:00 p.m. In the Conference Room for an informal session with the staff to be Informed on regular agenda items. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in regular session at the above place at 7:30 p.m. Councilman Morehead led the salute to the flag. CORNELISON Cornelison, 3376 Frazier Street, stated that when 3376 FRAZIER ST. Frazier was repaved it created a mud puddle in front of his gate, and he would like the City of Baldwin Park to remedy this situation. City Engineer French stated that the pavement which was CITY ENGR. FRENCH put in along Mr. Cornelison's frontage was put in as part of the Los Angeles County Flood Control project; that the pavement was staked and the grade established by Los Angeles County at the exact, according to them, grade of the pavement that was in there before; that the City is going to pave four lanes on Frazier, in this area, which should be done within the next sixty days and this should alleviate the problem. 00- City Engineer French stated that there had been a bid CITY ENGR.
