ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE BALDWIN PARK CITY COUNCIL

The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in
adjourned regular session at the above place at 5:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: COUNCILMEN BLEWETT. HAMILTON.
KING, MC CARON AND MAYOR GREGORY
Also Present: ACTING CITY MANAGER/CITY
CLERK BALKUS

Mayor Gregory stated this meeting was for the purpose of
continuing the interviews for City Manager applicants.
AT 5:01 P.M.. COUNCILMAN BLEWETT MOVED THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL ADJOURN FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION. COUNCILMAN
HAMILTON SECONDED. There were no objections. The motion
carried and was so ordered.

At 6:51 p.m., the City Council reconvened in Adjourned
Regular Session. Roll call: same as 5:00 p.m.

Council instructed that Acting City Manager Balkus contact
City Attorney Flandrick to check whether the terms of
permanent employment under the federally funded PEP program
were absolutely binding after the 12-month period.

Council instructed that Acting City Manager Balkus contact
Nationwide Cable T.V. to find out what facility the Cable
T.V. Committee could review, and after viewing the facility,
that the Comnittee report on the advantages or disadvantages
of Nationwide and Theta Cable.

AT 7:03 P.M.. COUNCILMAN MC CARON MOVED THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL ADJOURN- COUNCILMAN BLEWETT SECONDED. There
were no objections. The motion carried and was so ordered.
