The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in
special session at the above place at 5:00 p.m.

Absent: COUNCILMAN GREGORY
Also Present: CITY MANAGER MOCALIS AND
CITY CLERK BALKUS

City Clerk Balkus explained the purpose of this
meeting was to consider a resolution appointing
a special recount board for the March 5, 1974
General Municipal Election as candidate Russell
E. Blewett had filed a statement as required by
Section 22940 of the State Elections Code request-
ing a recount.
She read by title:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-33 APPOINTING A
SPECIAL RECOUNTING BOARD TO RECOUNT
THE BALLOTS CAST FOR THE OFFICE(S)
OF MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL AT
THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
