The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in
adjourned regular session at the above place at 5:00 p.m.

Mayor Hamilton stated the purpose of this meeting was
to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 700.
Acting City Manager Hale read in full:
ORDINANCE NO. 700, AMENDING THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, REALTING TO THE POSITION OF
CITY MANAGER
ORDINANCE NO. 700 ADOPTED.
There were no objections.

In response to Mrs. Gibson's comments regarding a
4/5 vote of Council in the City Manager contract,
Council explained that this pertained to the position
of City Manager only and would be effective for the
duration of the contract.
