CHIEF OF POLICE ADAMS, AND CITY CLERK BALKUS Also Present: Absent: CITY ATTORNEY FLANDRICK, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS LATHROP ARRIVED AT 1:45 P.M.), PLANNING DIRECTOR KILGOUR AND CITY TREASURER CALE 00- The meeting was called to order for the purpose of considering the 1975-76 proposed budget. City Manager Mitchell read his Budget Message and reviewed Revenues and Expenditures. As Meet and Confer negotiations had not been finalized, the advisability of proceeding with the consideration of the budget was questioned. 00- AT 1:43 P.M., COUNCIL ADJOURNED TO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS MEET AND CONFER NEGOTIATIONS. There were no objections. 00- At 2:23 p.m. Council reconvened in adjourned regular session. Roil Call the same as at beginning of meeting and including Director of Public Works Lathrop, who arrived at 1:45 p.m. 00" Council agreed to wait for the results of the Meet and Confer sessions with the Employees' Associations, before proceeding with the budget study. 00- AT 2:29 P.M.. MAYOR HAMILTON ADJOURNED THE MEETING TO WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 1975, AT 7:30 P.M.. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL. There were no objections. 00- SEPTEMBER 9, 1975 1:00 P.M.
