The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in adjourned regular session in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m. 00- Ro11 Call: Present: COUNCILMAN AGUILAR, IZELL. KING, MC NEILL AND MAYOR WHITE Also Present: CITY MANAGER SEXTON, CITY ATTORNEY FLANDRICK. DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOP. KELLY. CHIEF OF POLICE CHELLINO, CAPTAIN MERTENS, CAPTAIN SNOWDEN, AND CITY CLERK BALKUS Absent: CITY TREASURER MONTENEGRO 00- Mayor White called the meeting to order and submitted names of the following as appointees to the Youth Activity Advisory Commission; ROLL CALL Office No. Office No. Office No. Office No. Office No. Alex W. City Clerk Batkus read by title: RESOLUTION NO. 79-10 APPOINTING CERTAIN MEMBERS TO THE YOUTH ACTIVITY ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RES. NO. 79-10 APPOINT MEMBERS TO YOUTH ACTIVITY ADVISORY COMMISSION WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 79-10. M/S/C: KING/AGUILAR. There were no objections. 00- Those present, Bruce Snyder and Cecilia Atatorre, were introduced and welcomed by the City Council. 00- AT 7:40 P.M. THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED TO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO CONSIDER A PERSONNEL MATTER. M/S/C: AGUILAR/ MC NEILL. There were no objections. At 9:09 p.m., the meeting reconvened in regular session.
