She said the improvement would not benefit her, but removal of red painted curb would. There is parking in the back. Testimony neither in opposition or in favor was given by: Norman Aston, Norm's Mobile Lock Shop, 14022 Ramona, has parking, additional fee could drive him out of business, but is not protesting; will wait and see.
