PUBLIC HEARING
Mayor/Chairman l\hite declared the Public Hearing open
and invited those wishing to speak to come forward.
Mr. Flandrick explained the purpose of the Public
Hearing to discuss Disposition/Owner Participation
Agreements for the Otting Development and Schweitzer/
Grant.
Manny DeDios, of Municipal Services, Incorporated,
presented and explained the 33433 reports involving
the above agreements.
Mr. Tan Parrington, Attorney for Mr. Chester Otting
and Puente Truck Service stated that he is pleased
that they have reached the beginning stage of this
project after 2 years of preparation.
Mayor V^iite asked for any ccninents or questions from the
audience. There were none.
Mayor White declared the Public Hearing closed
at 7:11 P.M.
