The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in
adjourned regular session at the above place at 7:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: COUNCILMEN KING, HOLMAN,
McNEILL, AND MAYOR WHITE
Absent: Councilman Aguilar
Also Present: City Manager Webb,
Chief of Police Snowden,
and City Clerk Gair
It was moved and seconded to excuse Councilman Aguilar's
tardy. M/S/C: KING/McNEILL. There were no objections.

The Adjourned Regular Meeting was adjourned to a closed
session at 7:30 p.m. to discuss labor negotiations.
M/S/C: McNEILL/KING. There were no objections.
Councilman Aguilar entered Council Chambers at 7:35 p.m.
The Adjourned Regular Meeting reconvened at 7:45 p.m.

Mayor White explained that in closed session. Council discussed
Meet and Confer and gave direction to the City Manager.
Resolution No. 81-69 was presented for approval, A Resolution
of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park Adopting a
Conditional Basic Salary Plan Classified Sendee Sworn
and Non-Swom Safety). M/S/C: KING/HOLMAN. There were no
objections.
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was
M/S/C: HOLMAN/AGUILAR. Ihere were
adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
