The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in an adjourned session in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEN KING-, MCNEILL, AND MAYOR WHITE City Manager Webb, Dir. of Housing & Economic Development Hemer and Deputy City Clerk Cardenas ALSO PRESENT: 00- Councilmen Gibson and Izell's absences were excused. He further explained that the Baldwin Park Reloca- tion Policy expresses the City's intent to relocate businesses within the central business district and to utilize the Baldwin Park Local Development Corporation to assist businesses in the relocation effort and recommended that the City Council adopt the Business Relocation Policy, It was moved and seconded to adopt the Baldwin Park Relocation Policy".
