in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.

The absences of Councilman Gibson, City Clerk Gair
and City Treasurer Montenegro were excused,

REPORTS OF OFFICERS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES
City Manager Webb explained that the City discussed
labor contracts with a 5% increase for FY 1986-1987
and recommended that the City Council adopt the five
5) following resolutions.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-51, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FIXING THE EMPLOYER'S
CONTRIBUTION UNDER THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' MEDICAL
AND HOSPITAL CARE ACT". M/S/C: MCNEILL/IZELL.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-52, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC SALARY PLAN
CLASSIFIED SERVICE MISCELLANEOUS)". M/S/C:
MCNEILL/KING. There were no objections.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-53, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC SALARY PLAN
CLASSIFIED SERVICE SWORN AND NON-SWORN SAFETY)".
M/S/C: MCNEILL/KING. There were no objections.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-54, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC SALARY PLAN
CLASSIFIED SERVICE MANAGEMENT)". M/S/C: MCNEILL/
KING. There were no objections.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-55, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC SALARY PLAN
UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE POSITIONS)". M/S/C: MCNEILL/
KING. There were no objections.
