SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CITY HALL,
14403 EAST PACIFIC AVENUE, TUESDAY,
DECEMBER 2, 1986 AT 6:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in special session in the
Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
Mayor pro tern Gibson called the meeting to order at
6:00 p.m.

The absences of Mayor White and Councilman Izell were
excused.

REPORTS OF OFFICERS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES
City Clerk Gair stated that the results of the official
Canvass of the Votes Cast For and Against Measure F
for the City of Baldwin Park had been received from
the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's Office
with the following results:
YES 4306 NO 3301

Mayor pro tern Gibson stated that the Certification of
the Canvass and the Statement of Votes Cast was received
and filed.
It was moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.
86-108, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACT OF THE
SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONSOLIDATED WITH THE STATE-
WIDE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 4, 1986, DECLAR-
ING THE RESULT AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY
LAW". M/S/C: MCNEILL/KING. There were no objections.
