COUNCIL OF CITY HALL, WEDNESDAY, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in an adjourned regular session in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. The Invocation was given by Councilman Izell. The Flag Salute was led by City Attorney Flandrick. There were no objections. 00- ORAL COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor pro tern Gibson declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak on any issue relating to City business to come forward. ORAL COMMU NICATIONS OPEN FRANK RAMIREZ Frank Ramirez, 4924 Wimmer, spoke regarding the cut that has been made in the new surfacing that was done on Stewart Street. Gail Johnston, 4340 Merced, spoke regarding the lack of sidewalks the full distance of Los Angeles Street into the downtown area. GAIL JOHNSTON LORIN LOVEJOY Lorin Lovejoy, 12749 Torch, inquired regarding the amount of the settlement paid to Dennis Irving and if Mr. Irving had been paid. City Attorney Flandrick responded that the settle- ment had been deposited with the court and Mr. Irving has to make application for it. He also stated that the records relating to the exact amount of Mr. Irving's settlement are open to the public. CITY ATTORNEY Mayor pro tern Gibson declared Oral Commuications closed.
