Director of Housing and Economic Development
presented a staff report in the Community
Redevelopment Meeting preceding the Council
explained the four million dollar
unsecured loan from Wells Fargo Bank
Associates has solicited. The
meeting and
$4,000.000)
that Westar
developer will loan these funds to the Agency and
City Council is requested to approve a guaranty of
the loan.

It was moved and seconded to approve the guaranty
of the Redevlopment Agency loan of $4,000,000 from
Westar Associates for the Central Business
District and Sierra Redevelopment Project. M/S/C:
IZELL/LOWES. There were no objections.

meeting of the City Council at 6:06 p.m. M/S/C:
GIBSON/IZELL. There were no objections.
