at 5:30 p.m.

Mayor King declared the City Council recessed at
5:35 p.m.
The City Council was back in session at 5:38 p.m.

City Attorney Flandrick stated that a Closed Session
was necessary for consideration of Chanes vs the City
of Baldwin Park, and Petersen vs the City of Baldwin
Park, and for personnel matters. Such closed session
is authorized according to Section 54956.9 a) of the
Government Code.
Council was recessed to a Closed Session at 5:39 p.m.
The City Council was back in session at 6:24 p.m.
Roll Call remained the same.
