The Baldwin Park CITY COUNCIL AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL Present: Council Members Ricardo Pacheco, Manuel
Lozano, Teri Muse, William Bill" VanCleave and Mayor
Bette Lowes
Also present: David Olivas, City Attorney; James B.
Hathaway, Finance Director; Richard A. LeGarra, Chief of
Police; Steve Cervantes, Director of Community
Development and Rosemary M. Ramirez, Deputy City Clerk

There were no speakers.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Lowes announced that a closed session would be
conducted at this time. A motion was made to discuss in
Closed Session the Redevelopment Agency Item pertaining
to Property Negotiations, 4259 Main Avenue, Ron Stiliwell,
Owner. At 6:04 p.m., the City Council/Agency adjourned to
closed Session to discuss the following:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL Property: 24 Acre Parcel of Proposed AutoNation
PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS site in the Sierra Vista Project Area.
