NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that no members were present at the Special
Meeting of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park held on September 23,
1999, therefore meeting was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. I have been
instructed to adjourn said meeting.

Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park held September
23, 1999, no members were present thereat and I was instructed to adjourn said
meeting. A copy of this notice was posted at a conspicuous place near the door
of the room at which said meeting was held, within 24 hours of adjournment.
