The CITY COUNCIL and the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin
Park met in a special session at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL Present: Council/Agency Members: Ricardo
Pacheco, Linda Gair, Mayor Pro Tern Van Cleave and
Mayor Manuel Lozano.
Also present: Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City Attorney;
Ralph B. Nunez, Interim Chief Executive Officer.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council/Agency recessed to closed session
at 5:00 and reconvened at 8:57 with all members
present. City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman reported the
action as follows:
