The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Baldwin Park met in SPECIAL SESSION at the above time and
place.
ROLL CALL: Present: Council Members Ricardo Pacheco, Linda
Gair, Marlen Garcia, Mayor Pro-Tern William Bill" Van
Cleave, and Mayor Manuel Lozano.
Also Present: Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City Attorney
and Dayle Keller, Interim Chief Executive Officer.

reportable action taken. Nothing further
to report.
