The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place. ROLL CALL Present: Council Members: Marlen Garcia, William Bill" Van Cleave, Ricardo Pacheco, and Mayor Manuel Lozano. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Linda Gair was absent and excused. Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City Attorney; Rick Forintos. Community Development Director; and Rosemary M. Ramirez, Deputy City Clerk. SUBSEQUENT NEED ITEM ADDED TO AGENDA Attorney Alvarez-Glasman advised the Agency/City Council that an item regarding real property negotiations 15000 Badillo Avenue) had developed after the posting of the notice of agenda and recommended that the subject matter be added to the closed session portion of this agenda. A motion was made to add the subsequent item as recommended by the attorney as follows: 1) Conference with Real Property Negotiator, 15000 Badillo Avenue MOTION: Council/Member Van Cleave SECOND: Council/Member Pacheco Motion carried CLOSED SESSION The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:08 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00 p.m.. with all members present.
