The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the
City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present: Coundlmember/Member: Linda Gair. Rtcardo Pacheco arrived 6:15). Bill
Van Cleave arrived 6:18), Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair Marten Garda and
Mayor/Chair ManueJ Lozano
Also Present: Dayte Keller. Chief Executive Officer; John Otvera. Deputy City Attorney;
Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City Attorney arrived 6:39); Rick Forintos. Community
Development Director, Rosemary M. Ramirez, Chief Deputy City Clerk and Kathleen
Sessman, Deputy City Clerk
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Lozano announced that the Chief Executive Officer had received a request from
Coundlmember Pacheco to discuss dosed session Items at the end of the City Coundl
meeting. There being a quorum, the Coundl recessed to Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
The Coundl/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:08 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00
p.m.. with alf members present. City Attorney Afvarez- Glasman reported the action as
