The ROP will provide the technical expertise to build the home including all plans; the
City will provide free building inspections with the Agency providing the land and all
construction money from its low-moderate Agency fund. ROP has previously completed
five houses in San Gabriel Valley with a sixth one underway.
Chair Lozano and members commended Mr. Manning for his work in coordinating the
program and thanked him for the presentation.
ADJOURN
There being no other matters before the Council/Agency, the meeting was adjourned at
6:55 p.m.
